It is when the stress from an activity is positive or beneficial. It is usually associated with
excitement and motivation.

Tehse are stresses that are detrimental to one’s well-being. It is overwhelming and usually
caused bty excessive workload or job demands.

It is the conscious knowledge and understanding of yourself, your thoughts, emotions,


strengths, weaknesses. It is also a fundamental part of personal growth and development.

Self-awareness becomes crucial in personal growth and development, emotional intelligence,


and improved stress management and overall improved relationships with people around you,
which contribute to you as a person.

Stress can manifest itself physically, wherein the person suffers headaches or migraine, muscle
tension, fatigue, and changes in appetite. Emotionally, these manifests in being constantly on
edge, restless, difficulty in concentrating, and increased procrastination.

One can meditate, or engage in a physical activity. They must also learn how to establish
healthy boundaries wherein their personhood is preserved and not sacrificed. They must also
alot time for leisure and enjoyment.

First is identifying and acknowledging stress. Once recognized, you understand your stressors
and how to mitigate them. You then practice stress management techniques like breathing
exercises, meditation, and mindfulness.
