WHAT: GRADE 10 PARENTS’ ORIENTATION

WHEN: AUGUST 15, 2022, 9:00 am


WHERE: BIBIANA’S HALL

Last 15th of August, 2022, the Parents’ Orientation for Grade 10 was held at Bibiana’s Hall at
Bicol College High School. On the day of the Orientation, the parents signed for attendance
supervised by Mrs. Myrna Duremdes and Mrs. Norma Espeleta. The program started with a
prayer presented by AVP and followed by the National Anthem and the BC Hymn conducted by
Mr. Randy Manata. Ms. Delia Secretario, the Master of the Ceremony, started the program by
stating the agenda and purpose of the said meeting. She introduced the Board of Trustees,
teachers, and the non-teaching staff. She then presented the Vision, Mission, and Goals as well
as the rules and regulations during classes and the different learning modalities that will be
utilized by the school. Other matters were also will be discussed. Ms. Violeta Bejo, the school
principal, gave an introduction on what the purpose of the meeting is. Afterwards, several
speakers representing the different services discussed their matters to the parents. Ms. Irish
Mandane explained what student services is about. She explained about the importance of the
student government body and what it will play on the school. The next speaker, Dr. Levi Millare,
the school’s Dentist, explained about the Medical Services and the special and free benefits that
the students will enjoy. The next speaker, Ms. Michelle Abiñal, explained about the library
services and how it will help the students access more information on their learning. Before
ending the Program, Ms. Secretario also reiterated about the rules and sanctions on the school.
The Orientation ended with a prayer.
