JOB TITLE: Design Merchandiser

REPORTS TO: Head Cluster Development

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Assisting in implementation of design projects and sampling, manage all sampling trackers and order
trackers

 Documentation for cluster related work, update on a daily basis

 To prepare reports on each assigned cluster, detailing movement on ladder – capturing socio economic
status to setting up of microenterprises. This will entail discussions with field staff and artisans
 Assist and manage all ongoing trackers of clusters assigned
 Weekly updates on design projects and sampling

 Expanding on outlined training modules on digital and business literacy

 Preparation of an updated document on all Government schemes that artisans could benefit from

a. Central Govt Schemes

b. State Govt Schemes
c. Aligning these to each of the clusters requirements
d. Regularly updating this document
 Working with the team on implementation of training, design projects and other tasks when required

JOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)

 Years of Functional Experience: Fresher / 1-2Yrs prior experience in designing.

 Degree/Diploma: Any Graduate
 Knowledge & Skills:
 Ability to organize information in a systematic manner
 Tech skills for making presentations, videos and data collection
 Verbal & communication skills to co-ordinate with cluster level artisans and field staff
