Role - Techno Functional Consultant:

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

 Attend /Drive Business Requirements Workshop

 Process design and configuration in SAP SuccessFactors
 Participate in design sessions/Iterations with business & IT stakeholders
 Perform unit/integration testing for all solutions.
 Work closely with key business & IT partners during lifecycle of the project

Role – Product/Application Development

Key Responsibilities:

 Work with team to design algorithms and flowcharts

 Develop program based on the requirements and specifications
 Integrate software components and third-party programs
 Verify and deploy programs and systems
 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
 Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Expectations:
 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
 Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks/systems
 Ability to learn new languages and technologies
 Passionate about building quality software and scaling technology to meet the needs
of tomorrow

Qualifying Criteria:
 Percentage in 10+2= 65% and above
 CPI- 7 & above
 BE/ B.Tech /MBA(Engineering Background) –2020 batch
