SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DOMINADOR MASIRAG SEDANO of Legal age, Filipino and with residence address
at Block 3 Lot 15 Assumption Ville Lingunan, Valenzuela City, do hereby name, constitute,
designate, and appoint SPS. ANTONIO D. SALVADOR JR. and MARIA CONCEPCION M.
SALVADOR of legal age, and with residence address at No. 40 R. Jacinto St. Canumay West,
Valenzuela City, respectively, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, duly authorized
to do and perform the following, to wit:

1. To represent me during the hearing of Civil Case No. 9142;

2. To sign and execute any court submissions as may be deemed proper, in

relation to the filing of every pleading, petition, memorandum, motion or
position paper, reply comment or objection, before any court or law or
government agency, as well as to sign and interpose any appeal, petition or
certiorari, prohibition or mandamus, or any legal remedy so applicable,
whenever necessary;

3. To attend any or all court hearings in connection with and related to the
aforesaid action/s brought or to be filed by or against me concerning the same
subject matter, the subsequent delegation of which to another person or
lawyer other than the legal representative so above-named, shall be made
upon my written consent;

4. To enter into compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement in my name

and stead, to submit to alternative modes of dispute resolution, and to make
admissions or stipulation of facts and documents without further consultation
from me; and
 5. To sign, execute, receive and/ or deliver contracts and agreements, other
papers and/or money to effect with this power stated in this authorization
pertinent to the above-described authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto the said attorneys-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation and confirming all that my said attorneys-in-
fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
