I, BENJO DAET MORALLOS of Legal age, Filipino and with residence address at No.
011 Sabino Alley Maysan, Valenzuela City, do hereby name, constitute, designate, and
appoint TRIXCY P. BUGTO of legal age, and with residence address at No. 21-14 Disiplina
Village Ugong, Valenzuela City, respectively, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT,
duly authorized to do and perform the following, to wit:

1. To represent me and transact authority/negotiate, to facilitate, process and

obtain all pertinent documents related to the APPLICATION for the issuance
of LICENSE to OPERATE in Department of Energy (DOE) of my business K’C
LPG OUTLET located at No. 011 Sabino Alley Maysan, Valenzuela City, on my
behalf, attached herewith is Valid ID for verification purposes;

2. To make, sign and execute and deliver documents, agreements and other
writing of whatever nature or kind, to authority/ and negotiate any and all
third personals, concerns or entities, upon terms and conditions acceptable to
my said Atty-in-fact;
3. To sign, execute, receive and acknowledge any paper, documents and other
legal instruments necessary to enforce the foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto the said attorneys-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation and confirming all that my said attorneys-in-
fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
