registered name base on your data of this vehicle Nissan Forward Truck Color
white/Blue combination bearing plate number PJR 447.

The vehicle was apprehended by DENR CENRO-Nasipit apprehending officers and

PNP Butuan Mobile Force, for transporting undocumented forest products at Purok
1, Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City. The said transport is not sanctioned under Section
77 of Presidential Decree 705 as amended.

Your indispensable help by providing us the registered name of the apprehended

vehicle/ copy of the OR/CR if possible, is need of our office to proceed with our
Summary Administrative Confiscation Proceedings as mandated by our existing
policy and other applicable laws.
