SUBJECT : CREATION OF A TEAM TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION ON

THE STATUS OF ONE (1) UNIT ISUZU FORWARD BEARING
PLATE NO. RJK 782.

In the interest of public service and in consonance to the Memorandum

Instruction of the OIC, PENR Officer Joseph Leo E. Oconer, RPF dated June 5,
2023, a team is hereby created to conduct an in-dept investigation as to the status
and whereabouts of one (1) unit Isuzu forward bearing plate no. RJK 782 which
was apprehended by this office sometime on 2011.

The team is composed of the following personnel to wit:

You may coordinate at the Chief of Enforcement at the time of

apprehension in aid of the investigation and for proper guidance.

Submit your report with categorical recommendations within three (3) days
after investigation for the information of the PENR Officer.

This order shall takes effect immediately and supersede Special Order No.
06-34 issued dated June 16, 2023 and all other orders inconsistent herewith, and
shall remain in force until the completion of such investigation.
