1. What is the lesson or activity did I enjoy most? Why?

The activity I enjoyed the most was the planting. Planting a mint allowed me to contribute to the
overall ecosystem around my neighborhood and made it so my family wouldn’t have to buy that herb
when needed. Although planting one plant doesn’t change much, it made me feel good because I felt
like I was doing something that incited change.

2. What is the most important lesson which I can apply in my daily life?

Basic survival techniques, I think this is the most important lesson which I can apply it in my daily
life. Basic survival techniques shows how the basic needs of a human being on a daily life to live. To size
up your surroundings, equipment, physical condition on starting a fire, finding a shelter, and having the
opportunity to look around for water and food.

3. What are the new insights/discoveries that I learned.

To use all my senses, undue haste makes waste, vanquish fear and panic, Remember where
you are, and improvise. This may help up on our thinking strategy to cope on our state of environment
that we are into. Because of this we can be able to survive with our senses and ability to have a strategy
to use in the wild.

4. What topics do I find least important?

I do not find any least topic on the said discussions because for me all of the things that have
been discussed is helpful for environment, surviving , and helping other. Some may find other things
unimportant but for me it will become handy in the future. Nstp have provided me some of new topics
that I can apply through my daily life.

5. What possible topics should been included

The possible topics should be included are on how to handle a wild animals that we can
encounter on a survival trip or a camping through a wild environment.
