 The Whistle blower 

My gratitude is to the company  and the staff for the great and safe environment they create for us   for efficacy of our works and
Safety and healthy working condition too 
The whistle is sounding about the sub contractors who  are the keyholders of projects        
  They employ personnel on no entered contract terms  and signed agreements 
 At  the end they end up not paying their employees 
Due to the nature of employment scheme  its difficult for one to claim if she or he have been  denied what belonged to him or. Her 
I have been a victim like two times working at britam tower the first and second   and at unilever 
 This happens mostly at the completion of project whare the last weeks 
Payments are carried over and over  binding to like 3 weeks or enven 4. And then  the  lure and the lost of it 
What i alarm to a well established company like you is that 
Most of this workers are desperate due to harsh life they battle out there and are angry too
This kind of upset a time will lead to unwanting 
Which might deface the name of the company 
Or even course terminations 
I do proporse that  as endroof to lay out a structure on which it will make sure that its subcontractors pay their employees as per their terms 
   I was victimized and not alone almost my whole team bt no whare will we claim 
What if we could have risked it all and bringdown what we had done 
Yes one will be arested some of then are not kenyan by nationallty 
And after arest and he lacks the penalties or neither has he insured his work 
Who will go back to drawing bord 
At all ends it must impact endroof and for the reason just amend the  regulatory on this matter 
  
I was shortlisted on the ongoing (european union)
Project
But the merit from my boss if bland on my skin so even if i might be looking for a job then there is an oppotunity 
Will i really want to risk it  

Sounds like wasting this irreversable and most expensive  and valuable TIME
