Methods of Treatment

1. Subteranean Termites

Subterranean termites are termites whose mode of nesting is within soil. Termites have
several modes of nesting, and soil nesting is the most common mode of nesting for
many species. The other modes of nesting are arboreal nesting, mound nesting, and
wood nesting. Soil nesting has many advantages for termites, and some species
(typically from the Rhinotermitidae family) can be very adaptable in cohabiting with
humans in human modified environments, like in urban and semi urban areas. This
adaptability also puts them in conflict with humans.

Not all subterranean termites are destructive pests. The most destructive types are those
that can thrive in urban areas, build large colonies, and their nests being deep
underground, can’t be seen and are hard to detect. From their underground nests, tunnels
radiate out in all directions, through which these subterranean termites forage for
sources of wood. Many subterranean termites are pale or whitish in color (perhaps an
adaptation for living underground with no light); hence are often called white ants.

​Scope of Work

1. Drilling any slabs that butt up next to the home or business and inside the garage are a
vital part of the termite treatment. The reason for drilling these holes is to put the
AGENDA (Fipronil) under the slab where the termites can come into contact with the
finished product. These holes are drilled no more than 30cm apart. When you look at the
drill holes and the trenches you will see that we have a complete barrier around your
home. We need this barrier to be as complete as possible.

2. There are times that we will drill these holes 30 to 35cm away from the wall, the reason
is, the footer is very wide and we are not going to drill through to the bottom of the footer.
This would be against the label and common sense. When a pest control company has to
drill.

3. a large number of holes in the slabs around your home or business, this can be very time
consuming, this is the reason for some of the cost of your treatment. Most of the time the
slab we drill average between 15cm to 20cm thick, but sometimes we run into slabs that
 are 45 or more centimeter thick, this can be rough on the person drilling and the drill
itself.

4. Applied at the rate 5 liters per injection per hole AGENDA chemical at 1200 holes
(estimate).After the injection job is completed, the hole will be sealed using common
cement mix with suitable sealing metarial.

5. The drill work at inside building. If there is a pipe line under the building,drill work
should be done outside the building.

Damage

1. Our technician shall carry out the job, and at all times,exercise great care in ensuring that
the customers property etc is not damage. It would be most helpful if a detailed layout of
the property is provided to our technician before work start, in order for them to read and
understand that layout of water pipes, electrical cable (if any ) etc that might pose a
danger
to our personnel whilst working on the property.

2. Under no circumstances or conditions should we be held responsible for damages caused

in the process of carrying out the job except those damage caused due to gross negligence
by our personnel.

Duration of work

We estimate that the above job will take Four (4) days to complete.

Pesticide

The chemical to be used will be AGENDA an equeous emulsion at a concentration of

2.91%.The chemical is to be applied at the rate 5 liters per injection per hole. AGENDA
is fully ​approved by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia and are applied at the
recommended dosage.

Warranty

Upon completion of the job, we will issue you a warranty valid for FIVE (5) years.
Under this warranty, we will undertake to treat any subterranean termites re-infestation
Without futher cost within the warranty period.

Hereinafter reffered to as “THE CLIENT” herebly confirm that we have mutually agreed as
follows:-

1. The company agrees to carry out periodical services for the control of the following pest(s)
TERMITES PREVENTION & ELIMINATION SYSTEM

(DRILLING SLAB INJECTION 5 YEARS WARRANTY) F.O.C AG BAIT STATION

2. Periodical service for the control of pest specified shall be carried out at the following

3. The client agrees to pay the company for the above services at the rate of Ringgit Malaysia
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ​ ​ (RM18,500.00)

4. The agreement will commence effective from ​ AUG 2019 TO JUL 2024

5. All complaints must be made by the clients in writing within and during the period of this
contract and there after no complaints wil be entertained.

6. This contract is for a period of sixty months (intial period) as set forth in clause No.4 above
and may not be terminated during that period. Same for non performance on the part of the
company After the intial period, this contract will continue to remain in force, unless
notification of intent to terminate the contract is given by either party giving three months
notice in writing.

7. After the initial period the company is entitled to review and revise the fees payable as set
forth in caluse No 4 above. The company will from time to time inform the client of such
review and revision and such revised fees will take effect immediately upon notification by
the company and subject to the agreement by the client.

8. This Contract shall remain in force for the period stated above and no cancellation will be
considered before due date, unless mutually agreed upon.
 9. The company reserves the right to review and revise and such terms of service necessary for
the renewal of this contract upon expiry.

10. The company shall be responsible for the treatment of the pest(s) specified in this Contract
at the areas of the property stated herein for the period stated on the agreement hereof.

11. The provision of this contract do not extend to wood boring insects in timber, timble
articles, furniture other content of the building, roof inspection of termites unless
specifically stated on the Contract.

12. The client shall report immediately to the company any evidence of further activity by the
pest specified in this Contract which may become know to the client during the service
warranty period where upon the company will as soon as possible carry out treatment if
found necessary by their approved methods and preparations.

13. This contract covers the premises area or articles specified. Any additions and alterations
to the property, written notice shall be given to the company.

14. While the purpose of the services is to control pest, company cannot be held liable if
damage by infestation should occur during the period such service in rendered (Control is
defined as the periodic eradication of existing infestation and the prevention or limitation or
re-infestation within practical limits).
