Terms & Conditions of Sale

1 . Prices
1.1 Price quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and subject to prevailing government taxes, applicable for the afore-mentioned
project only.
1.2 Prices quoted ex-KL, valid for a period of 30 days from date of quotation unless otherwise stated
1.3 Accessories not mentioned deemed not included
1.4 The company reserves the right to revise the prices if currency fluctuation exceeds 5%.

2 . Return & Cancellation

2.1 All goods sold are NOT returnable, exchangeable nor refundable. Cancellation of any confirmed order of goods
shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 20% of the agreed purchase price.
2.2 Deposit collected will not be refundable.

 3 . Delivery
3.1 Delivery lead time shall be 10 - 20 weeks upon confirmation of order.
3.2 Upon confirmation of delivery schedule, we shall not be obligated to accept any deferment of deliveries.
3.3 If postponement of the delivery is required, the goods will be billed on the scheduled delivery date and in
accordance to the agreed payment terms. Warehousing and storage costs shall be quoted separately based on
the deferment period advised.
3.4 Delivery and unloading shall be at a single location at site at ground level accessible by lorry or container.
3.5 Delivery shall be on full load basis. Unloading, hoisting, storage at site and disposal of packaging material not included.
3.6 Non-delivery, descrepancies or damaged goods must be notified in writing within seven (7) days from the date
of receipt, failing which goods shall be deemed to be delivered and received in good condition.

4 . Warranty
4.1 All products supplied are subject to manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions and must be installed in accordance
to manufacturer's installation requirements.
4.2 Standard warranty period against manufacturing defects shall be twelve (12) months from the delivery date, during
which labour and parts are covered.
4.3 Warranty period for sale items and spare parts shall be three (3) months from deliery date, during which both labour
and parts (where applicable) are covered.
4.4 This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
accidents, misuse or any manner of tampering
usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage (where applicable)
usage not in accordance with the operation instructions
normal wear and tear
corrosion, rusting or stains
4.5 This warranty shall only apply to a product that is used in the manner it was intended for. Where a product is not used
for its intended purpose, warranty for the product will be voided and the company will not accept any liability or any
damages to the product.

5 . Samples
5.1 Samples for review are subject to availability.
5.2 Samples will be invoiced and may be returned within the review period agreed upon. Products must be in saleable
condition to qualify for return. Credit note will be issued upon the return of the sample in good condition.

6 . Sale Item
6.1 For a product that is on sale and/or is showroom piece, that product is sold on a "as a condition" basis and deemed
to have acknowledged and accepted this basis when you make payment prior to the delivery of the product.

7 . Payment
7.1 Late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on any overdue account.
