Self-Motivation & Customer Service Excellence

Course Coverage

Session 1: Self-motivation for customer/patient


satisfaction
In this session, the participating staffs will be taught why
it is important to manage their stress and still provide
best possible customer service in order to avoid the
vicious circle of unhappiness or cortisol filled life.

Session 2: Principles, techniques for


customer/patient satisfaction
In this session, participants will learn how to deal with
various types of patients, by understanding their
psychology and expectations when face to face and when
on telephone.

Profile of management consultant/trainer

Mr. Manohar Man Shrestha is a prized management consultant/trainer/writer with


20 years of experience in over two dozen organizations, as well as a highly effective
trainer to hundreds of companies including healthcare sector. He has published over
200 articles on management in various national dailies. He is also a voracious reader
having read thousands of books. He has lived and traveled over a decade abroad
exposing him to multiple cultures, mindsets and walks of life. His innate ability thus to
synthesize practical reality with theoretical frameworks to solve problems, makes any
form of interaction with him be it in written, in consulting or training is an
enlightening and a kind of liberating experience.

Time: Morning (08:00am to 10:00am)

Target Group: nurses, medical & healthcare assistants, staffs who directly deal with the
patients/visitors/customers in hospitals & health care centers.

Duration: 2 mornings (2 hours per day)

Fee: NRs. 4,000.00 per participant
