Teach Peace for PEACE (Peace Education
for the Advancement of Cooperation and
Empowerment), a program born in 2017 to
intensify the integration of Peace Education
in the Secondary Araling Panlipunan (Social
Studies) curriculum in Muntinlupa through a
partnership program by the City
Government of Muntinlupa and the Schools
Division of Muntinlupa City.

The month of October played a big part in our advocacy in making this
world a better place following the United Nations' Founding Anniversary
Theme: "International Year of Peace and Trust" where we mainly focused
on building meaningful connections rooted in love and kindness to
achieve a culture of PEACE and TRUST,

Health is our PRIORITY!
Muntinlupa City has administered a total
of 646,730 vaccines as of October 22.

91.6% of the target population of


Muntinlupeños have been vaccinated
with at least one dose while 77.2% have
been fully vaccinated.

In October 25, 2021, population aged 12


- 17 categorized as A3 with
commorbidities has started to be
vaccinated too. .

From FACE TO FACE to BLENDED LEARNING MODALITY IN EDUCATION

Through the Schools Divisions Office, the


City turned over:

2,557 brand new laptop;


28 high grade photocopiers; and
20,000 tablets for public school
students

to assists in the distance learning and


printing of modules and ensure the
continuity of education thrust amidst
the pandemic and to further support
learners in the new setting apart from
the monthly educational assistance
given to all students of the City.

ON EMPLOYMENT for the DISPLACED WORKERS DURING THE PANDEMIC

Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/


Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program gave the 500
city residents, including returning overseas Filipino
workers, who have lost their jobs during the
community quarantine period, were registered to
work for a delivery service provider.

A stimulus employment program engaged


displaced seamstresses to make face masks and
personal protective equipment that are distributed
to local health workers and the general public.
