PART 1: ESSAY

Nowadays technology has changed how society lives. Over the decades, people has been
influenced by technology in many areas such as communications or the advertisings. According to
specialists, if the development of technology continues at this rate, by two thousand and forty-five
most of the today´s problems will be solved such as the cure of cancer.

Firstly, technology has transformed social interaction. In the 20 th century people used to
communicate face to face, or used to write letters. In the 21 th, people do not have to move from
their home to talk with a friend. They only to use a smartphone where you not only can talk, but
also you can video chat with them. Although, this has brought many disadvantages. For instance,
people is less sociable.

Another issue is the quantity of advertisement around the world. No one can escape the publicity
of products. For example, if you are walking in the center of a modern city, you will notice a whole
load of screens showing different products or stuff of any kind. What´s more, if you are at home
watching TV, you will spend more time watching ads than a movie or TV program.

To sum up, I believe that the advantages of technology outweigh its disadvantages. Technology
has brought many solutions to the world and it will bring more.

history of the language and the transformations of the word until what they are now. I am sure
that you will all agree with me when I say that history is really boring, but the way it was told by
this guy was really interesting. Afterwards, there was a woman who started describing the culture
of the language which was totally spectacular and amazing. It started form the different traditions
of the tribes and how words were born. For example, if you watch a rugby match you will notice
that when they players do the Haka, they are talking a different

What really interested me was that learning a new language allows you not only to unlock new
skills, but also to improve your current skills, such as reading comprehension.
