Course Description

Concepts of the transcultural health care; cultural competence; factors and issues
on the transcultural health care; concepts of the interprofessional health care practice; roles,
duties, and responsibilities, communication, teamwork; health care planning for culturally
diverse clients by the interprofessional health care team

Course Objectives

1. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the concepts of transcultural health care

and cultural competence
2. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the concepts of Interprofessional
healthcare practice; roles, duties, and responsibilities, communication, and teamwork
3. Analyze the factors and issues related to health care for culturally diverse clients by
Interprofessional healthcare team
4. Discuss the care plan for culturally diverse clients by Interprofessional healthcare team
