Note: -

In terms of the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Company is mandatorily required to spend an amount of Rs. 2.91 crore
towards CSR activities in the financial year 2021-2022. Although the Board of Directors of the Company have approved an amount of Rs. 4.36 crore to be spent on CSR
activities during FY 2021-22, in case the Company does not spend the excess amount i.e. Rs. 1.45 crore, the same would not be considered as unspent amount. However, in
case the Company spends the entire amount of Rs. 4.36 crore towards CSR activities during FY 2021-22, the excess amount i.e. Rs. 1.45 crore would be available for set-off in
the next 3 years.
