That chest tightness you're feeling could
very likely be a bronchospasm. It feels as if
you're unable to breathe deeply and your
attempts to breathe feel like a struggle.
Your chest feels right and sometimes you
get a tickling feeling in your throat and
lungs. When you have bronchospasms, you
can sometimes hear the air passing through
your lungs, Wheezing or making a high
pitched sounds. To me, my lung would start
to produce so much mucus that it felt as if
it would never stop, and after a while I'd
cough up semi-solid balls of white mucus.

From my own experience , when it happens


I won’t be able to drink water as my throat
has closed. Airway , you’ll feel the air way in
between clavicle just shut like a valve. This
happens to me when I run hard or later on
in a fast 21km race. Solution for now is
ventolin as rescue. I’m doing noise
breathing now with exercise. Also when I
run , focus on nasal breathing. It’s day 2
and I’m feeling so much better Vs when it
all started in March 2019.
