Navigating the EDPMS Offline System

A. Informative Tools
The figure below identifies the parts of a common EDPMS Offline page for quick references for
information.

Display current user information such as company name and facility
1 User Information
classification
2 Current Date Display current date
Search Allows you to search data within the system
3 Search Bar Enter query on the search box
You may select Exact phrase, All word, Any word related to the query
15 Search Options
in the search box
16 Search Button Click to trigger the search
17 Show All An option to display all records
18 Advanced Search An option that allows you to tailor search results
4 Add New Record Button to add new data/record
Allows you to navigate through records one at a time. Click the
Record Navigation
arrows to move from record to record, and navigate directly to
Bar
5 a record by searching for it with the record search box.
Pagination (Top) Data Table paging navigation and search record number
Pagination (Bottom) Data Table paging navigation and search record number
13 Entries Per Page Show number of entries in a page
Data Table Contains EDPMS encoded data.
6 Drug Name You can only select a list available in the drug list library
Text Field.
7 Brand/Manufacture
Manual input by the user
Integer Number.
8 Stock
Manual input by the user
Decimal Number.
9 Sales Price
Manual input by the user

You may use date picker or manual input (dd/mm/yyyy).
Transaction Date refers to the period the product is being offered for
sale. Regardless of whether there is no movement of sales and as long
as the product is on hand, companies should upload the product data in
10 Transaction Date the EDPMS. Both inventory and price data on the other hand, shall be
as of the transaction date indicated by the company.

Transaction date is only limited to the month before of the uploading


month.
11 Update Record Pencil Icon. Edit/Update data
12 Delete Record Trash Bin Icon. Remove/Delete data
14 Extract Button Extract data for online uploading
Menu Bar A horizontal bar containing menus
Report price Redirect user to home page of the system

Log-out Log-out from the system.
Contains System’s Name, System Version, Department of Health logo
20 Header
and Philippine flag image.

B. Add Data
1. Click the button ADD NEW RECORD

2. A pop–up drug list window will appear. When searching, you may use the search box and other
navigating tools.

3. Select you drug by clicking the blue check icon ( )

4. A pop-up Add Drug Price window will appear. Enter data for the fields - Brand, Stocks, Sales Price,
Transaction Date and click “ADD” to save in the list or “Cancel” to abort.

5. A pop-up confirmation message will appear “Successfully Inserted” and click “OK”.

At this point, you are still in the DRUG LIST window and you can ADD MORE by doing the same
in Step #3 to #5

6. When done, you may click the [X] button in the drug list window or simply click outside the drug
list window.

C. Edit / Update Data -

Modify the data entry and click the green check icon ( ) of each entry.

Note: After updating the data entry, it turned to yellow highlight. See Legend

D. Remove / Delete Data

Click the trash bin icon ( ) of each entry.

E. Extract Data

Extract data for online uploading.


1. Click the button EXTRACT.
2. At the taskbar, an extracted file is currently downloading.
3. Wait until the file is 100% downloaded
4. If done, you may now upload the extracted data online

F. Data Back-up

Logout in your account. Go to Settings > Data Back-up Tab


- A client can process data back-up after uploading period.
- Save back-up file in separate data storage like flashdisk, external hdd or cloud drive.

G. Data Restore
Go to Settings > Data Restore Tab
Locate the file in your computer then click “Upload”
