This gift deed made on 22nd May 2023, between

Mr. Manohar Kandhala, aged 61 years and who is a resident of Door No: 1-93, Big Mosque Street,
OldPet, Palamaner, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, Pin Code: 517408 hereinafter referred to as the
Donor.

And

Mr. Bhavani Sankar Kandhala, aged 29 years and resident of Door No: 1-93, Big Mosque Street, OldPet,
Palamaner, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, Pin Code: 517408 hereinafter referred to as the Recipient.

In consideration of natural love and affection towards the recipient who is the biological son of the
donor, the donor hereby assigns to the recipient a sum of INR ________ to be held by the recipient
absolutely.

The possession of the INR _______ amount vide cheque number ________ drawn on State Bank of India
Palamaner, Post Box Number 01, Gangammagudi street, Palamaner Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh,
dated 22nd May 2023, herein above donated unto the recipient and has been physically handed over to
the recipient as absolute owner before execution of the gift deed.

The said gift of INR ______ has been accepted by Mr. Bhavani Sankar Kandhala.

The donor from this date reserves no right or interest on the said sum hereby gifted which shall from the
day gifted be the sole and exclusive property of the recipient.

The parties have put their respective signatures on this deed in the presence of witnesses.
