This is to certify that Mr. Bhavani Sankar Kandhala was employed with our company Acciona Energy India Pvt. Ltd.,
at Bangalore branch from 6th November 2019 to 22nd July 2019 as a Graduate Engineer for a period of 1 year 9
months. He was a full time employee. His annual cost to the company at the time of leaving was INR 1503332
including the annual bonus.

His responsibilities were as follows:

1. Planning the activities of project development such as financial modeling, request for proposals, wind and
solar project auction study, and ensuring the execution therein.
2. Hiring and managing the design and engineering team for drone based asset management system to
ensure unmanned inspection, fault detection and material handling techniques.
3. Coordinating with the engineering team in wind resource assessment for energy yield estimations to
make sure that the engineering targets are appropriate and also working with necessary software for
analysis of wind farm performance.
4. Performing competitor analysis and bid price predictions for solar auctions by modeling real time
scenarios by using machine learning techniques and organizing technology roadmaps for solutions such as
storage, small hydro, and wind & biomass energies.
5. Undertaking market research about the clients for new wind & solar projects, performing vendor selection
and preparation of proposals with technical drawings and according financials.
6. Coordinating with the operations team on troubleshooting, scheduling & forecasting, warehouse
planning, and preventive maintenance, reporting of MTBF, MTTR and safety incidents at the wind farm.
7. Designing and preparing procedures for breakdown analysis, root cause analysis, risk assessment and
assisting the quality team in the annual quality audits.

He has good knowledge in his field and is an acute learner. He was hard working and displayed good skill sets and
responsibility while working with us.
