M/s ARKITECHNO Consultants (India) Put. Lid Bhubaneswar conducted the test on 24.05.2019 for working pile no-SP-15 for Abutment-2 in presence PMC and dlient. The test was conducted using Pile Driving Analyzer TM (PDA) by obtaining and analyzing records of force and velocity under drop weight impacts. The field results are further analyzed with a signal matching technique (Case Pile Wave Analysis Program— CAPWAP) to refine the soil parameter assumptions, METHODOLOGIES OF PILE DRIVING ANALYZER TEST High strain dynamic testing like a static load test can be used to evaluate pile capacity. The test procedure is standardised as per ASTM D4945-2000. PILE DETAILS (From site) Design load Pile type na Bored cast in situ RCC Pile SP-6 at Bridge no-43 PILE AND TEST PREPARATION The testing is conducted by fixing strain sensors and accelerometers to the sides of the pile at a depth of at least 1.5 x pile diameters from top of pile and then connecting them to the PDA. The Sensors are attached diagonal opposite on the pile shaft at a depth of 1.5m below the top surface. The PDA Is connected to the sensors. After the top face of the pile is prepared to receive the blow from the drop hammer, testing is started by applying blow by the drop hammer & recording data received by the sensors through PDA.
