Over the last century, the health sector has evolved to a completely different level; which our

ancestors could have never imagined.

This has also meant that healthcare has turned into a thriving industry and like any other industry it
needs efficient management to be
effective. This is extremely important for a sector that deals with saving lives and curing diseases.
Which makes the smooth running of healthcare
services not only a blessing for the enterprise but also a necessity in order to save lives.

A degree in health services management allows me to learn about all the factors which help me
improve this sector. A great aspect of doing this degree from the UK is that I will get to learn from
the NHS model. I have always
been inspired by how a public health service has operated so smoothly during tough times;
especially during COVID-19. Along with this, experiencing the UK firsthand is something I look
forward to.
Therefore all these factors, have made me realize that in order to be the best at my job in the future
I have to consider the UK for this field.

During my research for credible institutes that offer this program; I stumbled upon Chester
University. The clarity of what they were gonna offer in the program really impressed me. Their
emphasis on both health services commissioning
and all aspects of management was a big reason for this. Particularly, in health & social care
commissioning the idea of learning from different modules around the world and using all we learnt
to create new modules really excited me.
Along with this, Chester is one of the oldest and is a credible institution in the UK that guarantees
inclusivity really solidified my decision.

I am really looking forward to my application being selected. As I mentioned doing this program from
the UK has so many pros that missing out on it doesn't seem ideal at all.
Overall I hope whatever awaits me is great.
