When we look around us, the realisation occurs that the world we live in is changing ever so rapidly.

Hence staying updated with

what is new, what has changed and what will happen; has become a necessity. This is where I
believe that good management skills
have become very crucial.

A person in management today has to account for every crucial internal and external changes. This
will help him/her to be better
and more effective. Being a good manager, has always been an aim of mine. Therefore after the
completion of my bachelors in education
program; I knew exactly what I wanted to do next.

Along with this, getting a chance to do this degree in the UK is a huge plus. The reason being that;
not only is it a first world country
with great technological advancements but the other reason being the inclusivity of the UK
education system. Having a chance to see how a
modern economy works; and implementing the things I learn from there to progress in my
homeland is great for my career. Also being able to
interact with different types of ethnicities and cultures in the UK is something worth experiencing.

Chester university really did fit well into my criteria for a good institute. Their inclusive environment
looks great; along with this their
up-to date management course really impressed me. The fact they emphasise on six very important
aspects of management shows they care about producing
the best future managers. Also them offering one on one tuitions was another factor which pushed
to make my decision.

I really believe that my career will be helped a-lot by acquiring a UK based degree. The skills I learn
will be very helpful fo any organisation I may be in.
I am looking forward to what happens with my application and what journey lies ahead of me.
