change my job. I feel unfulfilled and unchallenged in my current position, and I believe that

2) Please state two sides (advantages and disadvantages) of changing your job/ (or decision

There are benefits and limitations to switching jobs. Let's start by looking at the advantages of
changing careers. Changing my job can help me in my career growth. I may be able to learn
new skills, take on new responsibilities, work with different teams and clients, and broaden my
horizon in my industry. This can help me to become more professionally well-rounded and
increase my earning potential. For example, I am an accountant, and switching to a new
company that uses different accounting methods, software, and systems can expose me to new
accounting practices and help me expand my knowledge and skills. Additionally, switching to
a new company can also have some limitations. Risk of culture clashes. Every company has
its own culture, values, and norms. Switching to a new company with a culture that does not
align with my values or work style, can create stress and conflict. This can impact my job
satisfaction and performance in the long term. For instance, in my current job, I cannot get

change and my aspirations evolve. It is natural to seek out new experiences and challenges to

4) Do you like watching advertising on Tivi or not? Why? Please 5 list productive things to
do during commercial breaks (1,5 marks)

Personally, I am not keen on watching advertisements on TV for several reasons. The primary
reason for this is the constant interruption it causes during my favorite shows or movies. Just
when I am engrossed in an exciting scene or an attractive plot twist, the screen suddenly
switches to a commercial break. This disrupts the flow of the program and I feel annoyed.
Moreover, advertising on TV tends to be repetitive and monotonous. We are repeatedly
subjected to the same commercials over and over again during a single program or throughout
the day. This repetition becomes tiresome. So I can provide some suggestions for productive
things to do during commercial breaks. Light exercise: Use the break to stand up, stretch your
legs, and do some light exercises like squats or jumping jacks. Reading: Keep a book or
magazine nearby and use the break to catch up on some reading. Cleaning: Use the break to
tidy up my living space. Meditation: Take a few minutes to meditate or practice mindfulness
techniques like deep breathing. Planning: Use the break to make a to-do list, set goals for the
day or week, or plan out my schedule.

marks)

Advertising helps consumers make informed decisions by providing them with valuable
information about products or services. By highlighting features and benefits, it enables
individuals to compare different options before making a purchase. One such instance occurred
to me when I was looking for a new sport bicycle. I had been searching online for weeks but could
not seem to find anything that met my needs and budget. Then one day, I saw an ad for a local
bicycle shop offering a special promotion on the exact model I was interested in. The ad appealed
to me, and I decided to check out the store. When I arrived at the store, I found the ideal sport
bicycle within my budget. Thanks to that advertisement, I was able to save money and drove away
happy with my new vehicle.
