01 AZ Bumper was changed S/N of installed bumper 52805708,

01 El Bumper was changed S/N of installed bumper 52605707

was changed 1 trolley collector, 1 mechanic actuator of EL

DA-42 Center LS, 2 relays FINDER VDC24, 1 clamp of PCU connector
cover

were cleaned 4 EL brushes, were changeed the signals lights,

DA-43 poppet valves, lock of sliding gate and the bolts of EL brake disc
were tightened

DA-44 were cleaned 4 EL brushes and new ATU fan was installed twice

Remove grease from receiver cabin sides. Repair the roof upside
of cabinets. Remove and paint the scratches on receiver cabin.
DA-45 Improve anti vibrations rubbers on ATU supports. Repair
protection of the cable ducts conduits at the junction between the
hexapod and the quadripod leg

Cleaning the 4 EL brushes,Change the signal light, Change

DA-46 Mechanic actuator of EL Center limit switch ,apply a second layer
of paint on RC, accumulator was changed.

Change Mechanic actuator of EL Center limit switch. Change

DA-47 Thomas & Bets hose on EL LS. Change 1 cladding on quadripod
legs

Improve anti vibrations rubbers on ATU supports. Cleaning 4

grounding El brushes and repairing 1 grounding collector broken

and 1 grounding junction broken in AZ slip ring. Two can bus
cables were replaced

Remove and paint the scratches on receiver cabin, Improve anti

vibrations rubbers on ATU supports. Glue ribbon limit switch of
hexapod. Repair the roof upside of cabinets +A1 and +E1.
Change 2 Rittal door latches on +D1 and +E1 Cabinet. Remove 8

14. Tiltmeter replacement (with the alignment test done by
ESO/JAO)
 Remove and paint the scratches on receiver cabin. Repairing
plastic supports of AZ Skirt fans, 8 MH per 1 person. change 1
grounding collector form AZ slip ring. Changing 1 mechanical

Changing locker switch on +D1 cabinet. Changing and installing
a new moto reducer from right EL stow pin.

Install new membrane on RC. Change 1 TH SW connector on

AZM1. Change EL Stow Pin motoreducer (right) . Change retain
DA-51 seal damaged on EL Stow pin (right) . Redo 2 ethernet RJ45 and
3 phone RJ11. Repairing cable conduits on Subreflector. Change
Thomas & Betts hose one lower leg. Change lower leg

Repair 1 thomas and betts hose on reflector and sub reflector,

DA-52 Installing new sensor cables on ELM5, Installing new aluminium
plate on AZ stow pin

Repair threads of supports counterweights covers.

DA-53 16. Change poppet valves in AZ brakes. Install new blue warning
light

Repair hoses on quadripod. Install new signal lights. Install new

DA-54 ATU rubber vibration isolators. Replace one EL caliper. Change 1
AZ brake pad. Repair RC scratches.

Remove 8 EL pads holders to clean and paint. Change 1 TH SW

connector on AZM5. Change can cable C203.EL2.4. Repair 2

Repair hose on main reflector. Clean 6 AZ brake pads. Adjust AZ

Paint RC with a second layer. Adjust AZ Brakes. Adjust EL

Brakes. Change Multi-pole surge arrester guard (F1) in +E1
DA-59 cabinet and (F2) in +E2 cabinet. Change single acting needle
valve on EL Brakes. Repair of Quadripod Legs and sub reflector
cable ducts conduits protection, 2 MH.

Repair RC scratches. Paint RC with a second layer. Support the

installation of new tiltmeter. Install new lockout breaker in +D1.

Replace EL stow pin gear motor. Change Thomas & Betts hose
one lower leg. Change lower leg

Paint RC with a second layer. Change can cable C202. EL1.4.

Install new drive lock out OT63FT3 on +D1 cabinet. Change
Safety switch NZ 1RS-3131-M on RC. Repair lightning protection

cable on mail reflector. Installation of new accumulator. Change
press regulator P/N: XMLA300D2C11. Change 2 door locks
on+A1 cabinet, 1 MH

Repair RC scratches. Paint RC with a second layer. Install new

a second layer. 3 AZ brake pads. Install new drive lockout and

contactor on +D1 Cabinet. Change gear motors on El Stow pins.
Change Membrane .

Paint RC with a second layer. Repair roof above +A1 Cabinet.

Install new Tilt Mete.

Paint RC with a second layer. Repair all cables conduits of apex

area. Remove old cable C203 EL2.4 . Replacement 2 seals and
DA-65
gear motors on El Stow pins. Replace two PCU connectors
clamps on +D1 cabinet 1 MH.
 Open Points

small scratchES on the AZ encoder tape, just to keep on

observation. Doesn´t produce any trouble on reading position of
the antenna, Elevation Drive Rotor Plate was found a kind of
bubble on some magnets, this was informed to ESO responsible
and finally was taken the decision that
remove one of the segments (did by ALMA staff) and send to the
manufacturer to investigate the problem

Install missing lights on +E1 cabinet, Install O-ring on EL Calipers

1R and 2R (no spare parts), replace UPS display
, check the damaged inner seal of right EL bearing

AZ grounding slip ring is damaged in several parts, Chiller with an

oil leakage, no reading of brake pressure sensors on ACU, check
the left outer seal of EL bearing.

Check the grease leakage on inners seals of EL bearings.

Check the AZ motors with scratches and bubbles. Check the
chiller leakage. Replace the membrane

Install missing lights on +E1 cabinet. Internal leakage in calipers

of AZIMUTH. Check the evolution of the deformation of EL
magnets on EL motors 6268 and 6274. Check the status of the
poppet valve of brake hydraulic system

Install new led lights on E1 Cabinet . One hinge is broken on left

bracket

Change the blue light. Change the cabin door seal. Check the oil
leakage going to the AZ encoder tape

Check the grease leakage on left outer seal of EL bearings.

Check the plastic broken on slip ring at AZ skirt. Investigate from
where is coming the oil drops around of the AZ encoder tape.
Replace the outer seals of left and right EL bearings and add an
extra seal on the inner side of left EL bearing. Check the plastic
cover protection missing on slip ring in the AZ skirt

Check the inner seal of left arm. Change the warning lights, are
not blinking. Change the piping connectors with rust inside the
chiller. Check the center EL LS because is misaligned . Check the
leakage on AZ brake

Check the inner seal of right arm. Check deformed grounding bars
at the extremity of quadripod legs. Check the AZ motor without
cables connected. Normalize safety lights (currently one green
and one red). Check AZ encoder tape with oil drops below covers
4,5,6. Check the small leakage in lower pistons of AZ Brakes,
serials 1-200096650 and 1-
200096653

Check the EL stow pins and their alignments. reconnect the

cables to -Q24, -KM5 and -KM6. Change membrane. Change
outer seal of the EL bearing of the left arm. Install and fix the ACU
cover in +A1 cabinet. Install Teflon topper in the interface cylinder

Check the traces of grease on the inner seal of left EL bearing.

Check the EL motors with one electronic card missing (node 27).
Check the reflector panel that has 2 dents . On chiller check the
filter dryer with rust. Check the scratches on AZ magnets

Change the warning lights, two are green. Check the grease on
both EL seals on right arm and inner seal on left arm. Check the
oil on moto reducer of right EL stow pin. Repair the upper
insulation of the right transporter bracket. Change the lock of slide
door. Check the indication of pressure of hydraulic system in the
ACU. Check the emergency stop on BA-JB02. Replace the safety
label related to the location of the antenna lockout. Install the
right tiltmeter

On Chiller: Check the plastic junction box with the cover loose.
Install the 2 missing bolts . Change the power cable P401.
Remove the rust
Check the pressure of the hydraulic unit accumulator of the
brakes. Replace the roof of the electrical cabinets. Check the AZ
encoder head 4. Monitor the internal leakage of the following AZ
calipers:
• AZ3 lower Brake Caliper (S/N: 1-200218179)
• AZ3 upper Brake Caliper (S/N: 1-200032783)
• AZ2 upper Brake Caliper (S/N: 1-200096657)
• AZ1 upper Brake Caliper (S/N: 1-200096643)
Inspect and remove the residual grease on both inner seals of EL
bearings. Check the functionality of lock-out on +D1 cabinet .
Change AZ Brake caliper with leakage S/N: 1-200103227.
Hydraulic accumulator with low pressure (40 bar), must be
charged

On hydraulic unit, investigate further why the pressure of both

systems sometimes drops below 145 bar. Check the poppets and
coils. Compare the pressure between ACU and manometers.
Check both the pressures transmitter. Make a new bleed if it
necessary in AZ. Check the condition of oil. Compare the
condition with other antennas. Check/change blue safety light and
siren sounder.

Change the screen of ACU. Change switch disconnector in +U1

cabinet

Check the grease grease traces on the inner seals of EL bearings

(left and right). Remove rust or change the fitting with rust on
chiller. Replace the 3 upper AZ calipers.

1. Check the condition of Inner seal on EL bearing right arm.

Repair the hinges of cover left transport bracket. Repair external
frame structure of chiller. Check damages on AZ slip ring.

Check/change blue safety light and siren sounder. Change

Membrane. On +N0 the door seal needs to be changed. On
hydraulic unit the accumulator needs to be recharged.

Replace conductor rail damage, 9 holder rails broken, 1 cover

union, 1 collector. There is no indication of pressure of AZ and EL
in ACU. accumulator without pressure.

Leakage in caliper AZ1 S/N: 1-200114580. There are 03 screw

and hinge on cover in ACU missing. Check damage on the
conductor rail.

Check or change the right tiltmeter. Check or change AZ stow pin

gearmotor. Check the upper brake calliper AZ3, because cannot
be adjusted due to the hole in the steel structure. Change blue
signal light.
