ENERGY ISOLATION - ZERO ENERGY

At this stage of the Project, both in e-CoW Area and in CCoW Area, all lines and equipment areas should be
considered energized/pressurized.
Energy isolations protect people from unexpected release of energy from pipework, electrical or machinery.
For energy isolation to be an effective barrier – energy must be locked out and tagged out (LOTO).
These are marked by (1) red tags for commissioning (CCoW) and (2) Yellow For MPO eCoW on the equipment.

The only person on site who can add or remove Isolation tags is the relevant Isolation Authority (IA).
Under no circumstances are you allowed to remove or interfere with any ISOLATIONS TAGS or the equipment they
are attached to.
• Do not modify or remove any Isolation unless you have the correct level of authorization.

REMEMBER
• Just because the equipment has been isolated doesn’t mean you can start work.
• You can only start work once you have an authorized permit which lists the IDP or ICC numbers
• Always ask, for the equipment or system to be proven dead and any residual energy has been discharged,
before commencing work.
• Verification of Isolation: Before starting any work, verify that the energy sources are effectively isolated.
By asking for the system or equipment to be tested or proven to confirm zero energy flow or pressure. As
some systems may have stored energy even after isolation.

ISOLASI ENERGI - NOL ENERGY

Pada tahap Proyek ini, baik di Area e-CoW maupun di Area CCoW, semua area lini dan peralatan harus dianggap
berenergi/bertekanan.
Isolasi energi melindungi orang dari pelepasan energi yang tidak terduga dari pipa, listrik atau mesin.
Agar isolasi energi menjadi penghalang yang efektif – energi harus dikunci dan diberi tanda (LOTO).
Ini ditandai dengan (1) tag merah untuk komisioning (CCoW) dan (2) Kuning untuk eCoW MPO pada peralatan.

Satu-satunya orang di site yang dapat menambahkan atau menghapus tag Isolasi adalah Otoritas Isolasi (IA)
yang relevan.
Dalam keadaan apa pun Anda tidak diizinkan untuk menghapus atau mengganggu TAG ISOLASI atau peralatan
yang melekat padanya.
• Jangan memodifikasi atau menghapus Isolasi apa pun kecuali Anda memiliki tingkat otorisasi yang benar.

INGAT
• Hanya karena peralatan telah diisolasi bukan berarti Anda dapat mulai bekerja.
• Anda hanya dapat mulai bekerja setelah memiliki izin resmi yang mencantumkan nomor IDP atau ICC
• Selalu tanyakan, agar peralatan atau sistem terbukti mati dan sisa energi telah habis, sebelum memulai pekerjaan.
• Verifikasi Isolasi: Sebelum memulai pekerjaan apa pun, pastikan sumber energi diisolasi secara efektif. Dengan
meminta sistem atau peralatan untuk diuji atau dibuktikan untuk memastikan aliran atau tekanan nol energi.
Karena beberapa sistem mungkin menyimpan energi bahkan setelah isolasi.
