•Room/beds and other unable items/furniture/equipment will be taken back as given and ae advised to use responsible heavy

penalty or legal action would be taken if found damaging.

• Security money will not be refunded in first month .And it will be adjusted from 3rd month rent and electricity bill will not be
adjusted towards security deposit.

•Food are not allowed in rooms.

• Non-Veg & Drinking (Any type of alcohol ] and smoking is not allowed in the hostel.

•If there is Any complaint please give in written in office.

•AC or any major complain will be resolve in 72 hours.

•Loud noise from anywhere will not be tolerated in hostel premises.

•Before leaving the room close the light & top of water otherwise will charged of RS. 100% each time.

• PG means accommodation or mess only.

• Rs.50 per day charged after 3 days of due date

Rules.
• Security money not be refunded. (**Monthly rent is to be submitted as above further 3day extension is
allowed in cases of any emergency or else late charge or 50/- per day will be charged.)
• Please give written notice before 30 days for room to be vacated otherwise security money will not be
refunded. Room will be vacated only on the end of the month. If not vacated very next day the rent for
. the next month will be charged.
• Staying for 1 Months is compulsory or else security money will not refunded
• If any person leave the Hostel without prior notice along with their security money He/She will liable to
pay rent for coming next month and also for current month.
•. The management has right to shift any person from one room to another room.
• The electricity bill payment would be made by according to their meter reading any charge per unit Rs.15
•. Guest Charges Rs.299/- per day. Without informing to the management you are not allow to stay Anyone
• Please keep your take care of your valuable items, etc. Management will not responsible for any kind of
the damage/loss.
•. All the tenants are advised to maintain peace and harmony with staff and management any kind of
misconduct / inappropriate behavior or rules violation will lead to vacate the PG in 24 Hrs and
no security money will be refunded
