PT. Turen Karya Sejahtera (TKS) was founded in 2016 by Deed of
Incorporation No. 13 dated January 26, 2016 made before Ade Irvani SH,
Notary in Jakarta, and approved by the Minister of Law and Human
Rights of the Republic of Indonesia by Decree No. AHU-
0004717.AH.01.01.TH.2016 dated January 27, 2016 and registered in the
Companies Registration Office of Jakarta Number 8120214062341.

TKS obtained its license to conduct Pyrophyllite mining

activities based on Central Surabaya Government
Decision Letter Departement of Mines and Energy/ PTSP
No. 15.02/25/VI/2020 Dated June 24, 2020.

OUR QUARRY

Our quarry is strategically located, approximately 159km from Surabaya

port, 150km airport and 150km Surabaya, the capital city of East Java.

With its significant Pyrophyllite resources of million ton we are

aiming to be a strong player in Pyrophyllite quarry in Indonesia.
Strategic location with easy access to ASIA markets as weel as
domestic market.
