Dear valued Partner & Service Agent,

In reference to our SB20230613 concerning 1.8.5 issues, please find additional information as indicated in that
bulletin.
We have noticed that on some NW6000 systems, which are running on 1.8.5 and earlier, the 100% disk full
error will prevent the Update Procedure to finalize successfully.
This event can be recognized the moment that the configurator is being used to update the connected devices.
During the upload from v1.8.7, the configurator will not get operational.

Please follow the instructions underneath, to create space on the hard drive in order to perform a successful
Update procedure.

Procedure

Open the Putty program and log in with:

172.16.8.2 >>open
root >>enter
KS09022015 >>enter

Note: the password will not show itself in this program.

Run the following command script: (copy & paste, use right mouse key to paste in Putty)
