 Spring Festival

Spring Festival
Description
All The presidents of their respective societies (Except Horticulture Society) are
presenting an idea to organize a spring festival based upon the motive to promote an
environment among school section to participate and invoke their talents in their
respective interests.
The events will be related to the subjects: Art, Science and Literature.
Following are the details and precautions related to the organization of the respective
event.

Forming an organizing committee

 A committee will be formed which will devise ideas and plans to manage and
promote a participating environment among the students. The committee will
consist of:
1. A Disciplinary Team: This Team will ensure Discipline during the event
2. Host Team: This team will be host during the event.
3. Decoration Team: This team will be responsible for the decorations done during
the event. For eg: Graphic Designers etc.
4. Fund Raising Team: This Team will hold the funds raised for the event in
addition to raising the funds
NOTE: The Head of each team will be a willing teacher and other members will only
include students from HSSC section only. Any indiscipline regarding each team will be
their and their fault only. It will be appreciated to give out certificates to the respective
team members to appreciate their struggle at the end of the event. Participation will be
appreciated by anyone.

Venue
All the events will be held at KMCB after school timings and it will be a 3 days event,
or a two days event held on weekend. Appreciating the director of educations motive
to fill all the educational institutes of KRL under one umbrella, the events will be
inter-collegiate, if not possible then it will be only held in KMCB.

Fundraising
Funds will be raised by renting out tables (stalls) to the students and the fund will be
used to organize events. Other methods should include donations and minimal entry
fee to participate in an event.

Testing
All the events devised will be tested before hand to minimize any errors.
