Work Experience

Sysco Infrastructure management project involves providing End user computing Support,
Maintenance and Management services for Sysco Infrastructure. Incident support to Sysco
employees through level 2/3 support teams using BMC remedy tool

Scoping and documenting customer sceneries, potential causes and troubleshooting steps.
Handling escalated Server/Desktop (Windows 7, 8, 10 &10.1) related issues and providing
solutions. 

Processing and following the IITL concepts in work environment. Effectively communicating
with customers and stake holders via phone, Email, or any others available means.
