Instructions:
1. Get together in teams of 4 from the same POP and consider the elements of constructive
criticism.
2. Then, research different restaurant reviews like IHOP, McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, etc. on
platforms like Tripadvisor.
3. Include the name of the restaurant and a screenshot of the review.
4. Discuss with your colleagues their areas of opportunity and reflect on how they can improve
according to the criticism of their clients.
5. Design a flowchart in which you give pertinent strategies to make improvements in the
selected establishment, seeing it from the perspective of your POP.
6. Exchange your diagram with another team and give and receive feedback according to form
and content. Remember the concepts we discussed in class.
7. Once they have provided feedback on your diagram, make any necessary changes and
improvements to your proposal.
8. Answer the reflection questions.
9. At the end, answer the self-assessment.

III. Based on the feedback received, apply the pertinent adjustments to strengthen the
solution and write the final proposal.
Ricardo's proposal: The food can be delivered in a way that the foods heat can be
retained for longer, so the food has a larger buffer time of optimal eating time for the
client, also, based on the feedback, food standards should be constructed and
applied for the food, concerning delivery time, and quality control.
Gibo’s proposal: Based on the feedback, I would change the proposal by
implementing a minimum temperature or condition the food is delivered, if the client
takes a while to pickup the food or for whatever reason the food gets to be cold, it is

important to prepare it again. Not waste the food, just put it in the oven or microwave
and explain the costumer that the food will take a min more because of the time it
took.
a). How do stimuli and difficulties facilitate personal and collective growth?
Difficulties can be helpful because it is in stressful situations when we actually learn and improve our skills
either as individuals or as a collective group, and the place from which we grow into better
versions of ourselves.
- It can be helpful in making them notice areas of opportunity and ways they could change the
way they deliver their service.
