1) They should speak English in the class, it's forbidden to

speak Arabic, speak English with the kids all of the time.
Because they need to hear a lot of English (flash cards –
body language).
2) Don't give the students choice between Arabic and English
because they'll speak Arabic, it's easier, speaking English is
struggle for them.
3) At school kids look on you as their new care taker so they
will listen to you and try to make sense of what you say.
4) Teachers should teach kids how to speak English (translate
what they were saying) most of the kids will start talking in
the end just be patient with them and keep encouraging
them.
5) It's forbidden to hit kids or say bad words
6) Teacher should apply in the lesson plan which is written by
supervisor (you have a lesson plan)
7) Everything the teacher gives should be written down for
both heaters of kindergarten and school.
8) Books should be sent every two weeks and books should
be corrected (for both)
