Program Details
Curated by Unacademy, The Last Mile can be attended by aspirants who have cracked CSE
Mains 2021 and are eligible for the Personal Interview. The programme will be divided into
three phases and will be conducted both online and o!ine.

Phase 1: Training
Registered aspirants will undergo vigorous training under the guidance of renowned bureaucrats,
dignitaries, and Top Unacademy Educators. The training will include guided sessions on current a"airs,
most likely questions, interview transcripts from previous years, DAF analysis, and a session with
eminent bureaucrats and diplomats.

Phase 2: Mock Interviews

Aspirants will be given a real-time experience of how the UPSC CSE Interviews are conducted.
The interview will see the presence of eminent Bureaucrats such as Ex. IAS M. S. Dagur, IAS Durga
Shakti Nagpal, IPS Haris Bin Zaman, IRS Aman Preet, Shri Harish Padh, IAS Abhishek Saraf, and Top
Educators like Ex. IAS Rakesh Verma, Mrunal Patel, Ex. IAS Vipin C. Sharma and Ex. IRS Awdhesh Singh
among others. Detailed feedback will be given to each aspirant post the session. The video recording of
the interview session will also be shared with each aspirant for self-assessment purposes. Interviews
will be conducted both online and o!ine, where Delhi shall be the o!ine location depending on the
Government regulations.

Phase 3: Feedback
Each aspirant will be assigned one coach who will further help them understand their shortcomings,
improve pain points and face the interview with confidence.
