The Mastercard Travel Pass app is the first-of-its kind digital solution to provide a unique and
seamless airport experience for premium Mastercard cardholders across selected markets and
products. The program may also be offered to issuers who have subscribed to it as an optional
offering. The program provides airport benefits such as lounge access via a seamless digital mobile
app. Once cardholder downloads the app from Google Play Store or Apple App store, they need to
register their eligible Mastercard card on the app. Upon registration in the app, you will receive a
digital membership to the DragonPass airport lounge network to use at participating lounges based
on their card type and Issuer program. Contact your issuing bank to know your eligibility and for a
list of additional benefits. The Mastercard Travel Pass app is owned and operated by DragonPass Ltd.
This program is offered across selected markets to premium Mastercard cardholders holding World
Elite, World, Platinum and Titanium Mastercard cards and may be offered to more cards (based on
Issuer enrolment into the program). The terms and conditions of the program differ based on the
Mastercard card type and the country the card is issued in. The specific benefits you receive may
vary depending on your issuing bank. For more information on Program eligibility to know the exact
offering and applicable terms and conditions, please contact your Issuing bank.
I have primary Mastercard card and my partner has secondary. Do we both need to register for the
Dragon Pass app and show our respective QR codes?
Primary and supplementary cardholders are eligible for lounge access if they both hold an eligible
Mastercard card but need to download and register individually into the app and show their
respective DragonPass digital membership cards at the lounge to gain access and to avoid
unnecessary guest charges.
Both primary and supplementary cardholders must register separately on the app to get their
individual digital membership. This can be done by following the ‘sign up’ journey straight after the
app download (on individual phones).
There may be charges which will vary by market, Mastercard card type and Issuing bank. Also note
that at registration and before the lounge visit, your card may be authenticated using either a 0 USD
authorization or applicable charges based on the Mastercard card type. For more information,
please contact your issuing bank for details about your Program benefits.
The app can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play Store by searching for Mastercard Travel
Pass.

Do I need internet access/mobile data to download and use the app?
Internet access/mobile data is only required for downloading the app and during the registration
process. Once you have registered and are logged in, there is no requirement for you to use internet
access/mobile data to browse the app or access lounges. You can use the app online or offline to
gain entry to the lounge by showing your DragonPass digital membership found under the
‘Membership’ section of the app. You are only required to show the DragonPass digital membership
at lounge reception to gain access.
Benefits may be redeemed and used wherever they are listed as available on the app. Please check
for benefits available at a specific location and follow the access or redemption instructions on the
app.
To update your personal details such as email address, name, gender or mobile number, please
contact your issuing bank. It may take up to 7 working days to see the changes on your app.
How do I register for a second membership using a second Mastercard payment card?
To register a second Mastercard payment card, go to the ‘Membership’ section of the app, click the
‘+’ in the top right-hand corner and click ‘Add a new membership card’. Once you add your second
membership you will be able to switch between the two in the app and view all your membership
benefits.
If you have several cards, you may also have several DragonPass memberships. These memberships
can be managed under one DragonPass account on your app. You will only need one
email/password login to access this account. You may receive different benefits/entitlement in your
membership depending on the type of your eligible cards. At any point, you may switch between
your memberships in the app to redeem benefits for each card.
To replace a card on file, please head to the ‘Membership’ section of the app, then click on card
details. Once in your card details page, click ‘Replace card’ and follow the instructions for replacing
your card. Please note, that replacing your card will automatically delete your old one from the app
and you will no longer be able to use it. If you have more than one membership, please make sure
you have selected the correct membership you are wanting to replace the payment card for. As once
you have eliminated this card, you will not be able to reregister it again.
You can view all payments made via the app by heading to the ‘Profile’ section of your app and
clicking ‘Visit History’.

Your program benefits will be displayed within the app under the ‘Membership’ button, which you
can find on the navigation bar at the bottom on the app screen. For more information, please
contact your issuing bank for details about your Program benefits.
What happens if I lose/misplace my Mastercard payment card? Will my membership still be valid?
Your membership is valid as long as your qualifying Mastercard card is active and eligible. If your
card is cancelled, you will need to remove the lost card from the app and register a new one. To do
this please head to the ‘Membership’ section of the app. Make sure you have selected the correct
membership you are wanting to change the payment card for, then click on ‘Card details’. Once in
your card details page, click ‘Replace card’ and follow the instructions for replacing your card. Please
note, that replacing your card will automatically delete your old one from the app and you will no
longer be able to use it. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure they have only active and
eligible Mastercard cards added in the Dragon Pass app based on which access will be provided.
LOUNGES
Your digital membership number can be found in the “Membership” section of the app. If there are
additional charges entering the lounge, we must have your consent before your membership
number is revealed. Please note that no charge will be taken from your account until you have
presented it to lounge and accepted any applicable charges.
Select your airport location using the search field at the top of the app’s ‘Search’ page to find
lounges in that airport. You can use the “view all” button and filter options to search through the
complete list of participating lounges.
How do I access the airport lounge using the Mastercard Travel Pass app?
Following the selection of your lounge or using the shortcut on the “Membership” tab, you will be
presented with an overview of any costs associated with your visit. To accept, click “Access lounge”
and confirm any potential charges that may be associated with your lounge visit. You can then
present your digital membership to the lounge staff for simple verification. Upon successful
verification, you can proceed to enjoy the complimentary lounge services.
No. In order to access a lounge, you will need to create an account by registering into the app using
your qualifying Mastercard payment card. After successful registration, you will be provided a digital
membership for lounge access.
You can use membership at any of the participating lounges available in the Mastercard Travel Pass.
The lounge network spans globally. Please check the app for participating lounges. If you have
multiple Mastercard cards registered under the same registration, you will need to select the correct
card to see the list of lounges and other applicable benefits, for your Mastercard card type.

Your lounge entitlement summary can be found at all times on the “Membership” tab of the app, in
the bottom navigation bar of the app screen. Membership entitlement may vary depending on who
your issuing bank is. If you have more than one eligible card from different issuing banks, you may
register each card and will be assigned two membership. These both can be managed under one
DragonPass account in your app, with one email/password to login. You can switch between
memberships in the app and your entitlement will update automatically.
Each lounge has its own policies regarding guests and children. Please check the lounge information
in the lounge description provided in the app. Details of any costs associated to guest and child visits
can be found in the “Membership” tab.
If you have questions regarding a lounge visit charge, please contact your issuing bank with details of
your complaint.
Lounge visits will be charged to your Mastercard payment card on file at the point of entry. The card
on file will be the one connected to your membership. Once you accept and confirm any potential
charges, the lounge staff will record your membership details and the charge will be made directly to
your card on file. Please note that for any reason, if the charges cannot be collected from your
payment card at the time of entry, then this will be charged to your payment card as a delated
payment. If payment still cannot be taken, this will be passed on to your issuing bank. Please expect
possible charges from this issuer in this case.
I am not satisfied with my recent lounge visit; how can I file a complaint?
If you have a complaint regarding a lounge visit, please contact your issuing bank.
Lounges may be added or removed throughout the program. The latest lounge list will always be the
one displayed in the app.
Your first point of contact is always your Issuing bank who will collect your feedback and forward it
to Mastercard and/or Dragon Pass. The issuing bank will keep you informed until the case is closed.
