Stitches and crochet techniques used

Slip stitch - sl st
Insert hook in next st, yo and draw through all loops.
Single crochet - sc
Insert hook in next st and draw up a loop (2 loops on hook), yo, draw through both loops on hook.
Single crochet is worked with the right side of the project facing you.
Single crochet decrease - sc2tog
Insert hook in next st and draw up a loop, (two loops on hook), insert hook in next stitch, draw up a loop (3
loops on hook), yo and draw through all 3 loops.
Changing color
Insert the hook in next stitch and draw up loop (2 loops on hook). Drop the first color, yo with new color and
draw through 2 loops on hook. Continue with the new color.
Magic adjustable ring
Make a loop with your yarn leaving 3” long tail. Insert hook in center of loop made, yo and draw up loop.
Yarn over, pull through to make your first chain. (Do not count this as your first sc) Continue to crochet over
the loop and the yarn tail until you have the required number of scs for your first round.
Material : This pattern can be made by any yarn you wish, choose a hook size that matches the yarn.

2) 4ply yarn (Orange, white and black)
3) Polyester fiberfill: for stuff
4) Felt (white, black, yellow and red)
5) Yarn needle
6) Glue

The ribbon: attach 2 parts with glue
Pig eyes: attach 2 part with glue Pig nose

Finished size: If done with 3.00 mm. hook and 4ply yarn
Approx: 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide.
(Finished size depends on the thickness of yarn and the size of crochet hook.)

Starting at the top of head; with white.
Round 1: Chain 10, 3 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 7 chs, 3 sc in last ch; working in free
