MINI-PERFORMANCE TASK
I. GOAL

You are going to write a poem that expresses your thoughts/emotions about a current issue.

II. ROLE

You are part of a team of would-be poets where you are tasked to exhibit your poems.

III. AUDIENCE

You are tasked to exhibit your poem through a poetry gallery in an event where everybody can see
and appreciate student’s perspective and creative expressions on different social issues.

IV. SITUATION

The following mechanics must be followed:

1. You are grouped into 10 members, 5 groups in each section.


NOTE: (THE GROUP IS FOR THE THEME ONLY.)
2. Each group will be given a current issue that serves as the theme for the poem.
3. The output will be made individually.
4. Each student will make a 3-stanza poem consisting 4 verses each stanza about the theme
given.
5. The student will bring long bond paper and if they want, they can bring other art materials to
show creativity.
6. Poem writing will be done inside the classroom during face-to-face session (July 31- Aug. 5,
2023)
7. You will take a photo of your output after and send it in the google classroom.
