Awards Mechanics
● All Districts with recognized school implementing the program are qualified to join in this
competition.
● The School entries must be screened by the Districts who are IPED implementers based on the
above criteria.
● The screening committee of the District will select entry to join in this competition and submit
to the Division APEx committee on Awards the documents with MOVs.
● This documents will be endorsed and submitted to the Division APEx Committee on Awards on
or before the final date of its final submission with a narrative report of the validation done by
the Districts.
● The Division APEx Committee on Awards with the focal person in charge of the program will
examine and evaluate the submitted documents based on the criteria to determine the finalists.
● The on-site validation and re-evaluation of the documents of the finalists shall be scheduled and
announced to the concerned Districts.
● The final results of the evaluation by the Division APEx Committee on Awards shall be
officially announced through a Division Memorandum.
