Award Title Most Learning Focused - Indigenous Peoples Education (IPEd) Program Criteria Percentage Performance Rating of the School Head 15% (100% IP learners) Significant Accomplishment/s in Fostering Learning Project/Work Accomplished -5% 20% Number of Strategies done that have significantly influenced/provided greater impact – 15% Impact of Accomplishment in Making Learning Happen Scope – 5% 25% Criteria for Replicability – 5% Assessment Number of people, office benefited – 5% Level of attainment – 10% Innovations in Enhancing Learner’s Achievement Originality – 5% Creative programs for the last two years – 30% 10% Scope/replicability of innovation – 5% Level of attainment per indicator – 10% Awards Awards received by the school, Schools 10% Divisions and Region Total 100% Awards Mechanics ● All Districts with recognized school implementing the program are qualified to join in this competition. ● The School entries must be screened by the Districts who are IPED implementers based on the above criteria. ● The screening committee of the District will select entry to join in this competition and submit to the Division APEx committee on Awards the documents with MOVs. ● This documents will be endorsed and submitted to the Division APEx Committee on Awards on or before the final date of its final submission with a narrative report of the validation done by the Districts. ● The Division APEx Committee on Awards with the focal person in charge of the program will examine and evaluate the submitted documents based on the criteria to determine the finalists. ● The on-site validation and re-evaluation of the documents of the finalists shall be scheduled and announced to the concerned Districts. ● The final results of the evaluation by the Division APEx Committee on Awards shall be officially announced through a Division Memorandum.
