Title of the Job Proposal: Chief Concierge & Concierge

Objective of Proposal:

InVision Hospitality is significantly getting recognized on across Viet Nam by setting up the second
luxury property – GLOW Scenia Bay Nha Trang. It is earning reputation in various ways and
undoubtedly the credit goes to our service and people. In order to improve our service and image,
also as a benchmark to make us different from rising competitors in the market, it is mandatory to
have a Concierge team who can efficiently delivery a “Wow” experience for the guest and contribute
significantly in bringing more value to the company, including but not limited to revenue
incremental. Therefore, we expect to have suitable employees to take up this position of challenge, to
fulfill the high expectation of this vital position for bringing success for the company.

Rationale:

While all Front Office staffs are expected to be able to answer basic inquiries, requests from guests,
Front Office Department now needs to have a Concierge team to carry out the below specific tasks:
- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants,
doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
- Create and execute selling plans/programs for the Tour Desk and hotel’s vehicle to boost
hotel’s revenue. This process will be managed appropriately via planning and analysis.
Liaison with travel agencies, outsource vendors… if applicable.
- Supervise the Bell man and Driver team to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.
- Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own Food and Beverage outlets
before any other, be totally familiar with the operating times and each outlet benefit.
- Responsible for proposing hotel collaterals (city maps, recommendation lists…) to provide
hotel guest a useful tool with local knowledge.

Budgetary Allocation:

The anticipated range for a new head count of Chief Concierge is from 14.000.000 VND (~610$) to
20.000.000 VND (~870$); for a Concierge is from 6.000.000 VND (~261$) to 9.000.000 (~391$)
depending on the education and experience of the candidate.

Impact:

I strongly believe the Concierge team will bring to GLOW Scenia Bay Nha Trang a more complete
and luxury in terms of service and a sense of business driven. It is my goal and aspiration to improve
the highest qualities for the establishment by employing vital positions that have been proven to be
effective.
