Table talk: The learnings of every business-related individual

After experiencing the Business fair this year, I gained the knowledge of
how business is like both in general and specifically this time of pandemic. But during
the seminar or workshop, I most eagerly anticipated hearing about the lessons that
each speaker had learned along with their strategies for overcoming challenges. The
conference gave me a broad understanding of how business operates in real life,
especially when facing a challenge like the pandemic. As a result of this situation,
they learnt so much that their desired outcome was fulfilled.

The business fair began with a great introduction, which included an

overview of the current economic situation our country is in, what it is like to run a
business in that situation, and advice on how to handle your money and business
problems. I think all their advice applies to not only when you start your own
business but also as a student who is currently leaning toward a business course, I
learned from the table conversation how crucial it is to comprehend and keep track
of a nation's economic situation. We were able to clearly see the improvement and
general state of the business sector in our nation through this process. Since most of
their businesses relied on services that catered to people more efficiently in a face-
to-face setting, the pandemic had a significant negative impact on many of their
businesses. But they all agreed that the pandemic served as the turning point,
forcing them to re-evaluate and consider how they could better address their
challenge. It also served as a reminder of how crucial it is to realize that changes
happen and that they should be prepared to compromise once it is already in front
of them. In addition to discussing how their firm is doing in the pandemic and how
business and economics are related, this is another way that I could connect my
topic of economics to it. I have recently reported in our economics subject about
organizational structure which covers every component of a company. With the help
of all their experiences, I have realized the significance of each and every component
of an organization, from top to bottom. Similar to what we've spoken about, the
owners are the ones with the capacity to make decisions, but from what they said, it
was crucial for them to have the respect and cooperation of every employee they
had. As a result, this emphasizes the connections between each element in the
organization more precisely, utilizing each part's knowledge and abilities and using
them as a strength to turn a difficult circumstance into a teaching opportunity and a
way to effectively solve their facing problem. Every component of an organization
functions as a single unit, cooperating with one another and trying their utmost to
ensure the success of the venture they care about despite any potential obstacles.
The way these business owners and businesspeople cared about the improvement of
not only themselves but also of their employees and the company as a whole struck
a chord with me the most throughout the table conversation.

I truly like hearing from and learning from the professionals at the
business fair. It made me, a student majoring in business, respect and comprehend
the importance of business in one's nation and life more. It is the mentality that we
will develop for ourselves to be able to conquer any hurdle that we are to confront,
not just for those whose inclinations tend toward starting their own business, but
generally for those who are on the radar of business. This is based on their
knowledge of managing a business, conquering the epidemic, which was the most
challenging hurdle, and beginning a business in general. The business sector has a
significant role in shaping our nation's economic situation. By listening to these
industry leaders, we may gain a broad view on how to run a business successfully
and how to think business, which may help everyone interested in starting their own
business be more mindful of the challenges they may encounter. Business will
always be a part of people's life, despite the fact that it can be a risky undertaking.
But if we make an effort to support or participate in local enterprises, we will
undoubtedly slowly aid our nation in resolving its fundamental economic issues.
