Check alignment of motor and pump.
Check possible wear and tear of coupling
Check for possible leak on shaft and seal, packing glands valves
Calibrate all pressure gauges.
Check pipe for leak or loose insulation.
Check packing of gate or check valves.
Check /Rectify unusual sound and vibration.
Lubricate pump bearings and other moving parts.
Clean electrical controls and safety switches.
Retighten terminals of contactors, circuit breakers, etc.
Retighten bolts, screws and nuts.
Check pilot light status.
