The FMS POS is the last position the FMS knows
Initialize the system by using the most accurate information
Airport Lat/Lon is the center of the last destination
GPS position on the second page is normally the most accurate
Copy and paste the most accurate Lat Lon into the SET POS
position
If RESET INITIAL POS message appears, recopy SET POS
Press FPLN in the bottom right to proceed to the next step

The FROM waypoint on LEGS page 1 is blue
The TO waypoint is the second line in magenta
The active leg is always magenta on a map
Copy the start waypoint of the desired active leg into the FROM
line (ICT)
Press EXEC
The next waypoint will be the TO waypoint and the leg will turn
magenta on the map
The next page will show the active leg from ICT to WAIVE

Type in desired course in the bottom right (may already be

Make INTC CRS heading large font by pressing lower right line

Enter Bearing/Distance (ICT030/1 0). A distance must be inserted
to provide a TO waypoint.
Paste the Waypoint Bearing/Distance after the VOR
The new waypoint will be renamed by FMS

Activate an Approach

Select the approach on the right
Select the transition
Select the STAR, if required, on the left; select transition
Press EXEC this may introduce a discontinuity prior to the
approach
