District, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur currently on my Thesis 2 writing a requirement for the
degree, Master of Arts in Education (MAED) major in Educational Management at J.H. Cerilles
State College, Dumingag Campus.

In this connection, I humbly request permission from your good office to administer my
semi-structured questionnaires to the Grade 9 respondents of Dumingag National High School
which contains open-ended questions related to the challenges encountered by them in connection
with my master’s thesis titled: “PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE CHALLENGES
AND COPING MECHANISMS OF TEACHERS, PARENTS, AND STUDENTS IN THE
MODULAR LEARNING MODALITY”.

Moreover, since limited face to face classes started already last Monday March 14, 2022 I
am hoping to conduct through face to face interview also rest assured to follow the IATF
Protocols. But, if face to face will be prohibited by the school to be conducted I would like to
inform you that the data gathering procedure of the research will be through phone call interview.
