-Distance MOL 350 m/s with travel time more or less 2 minutes

-Road condition: Good

-Weather condition: Good

5. Victim: Mr. Jhon Cruz 25 years resident of Purok 2 Barangay San Pablo, Dumingag

Zamboanga del Sur

Suspect: Mr. James Castrodes 25 years old, resident of Purok 1 Barangay San Pablo,

Dumingag Zamboanga del Sur

6. That on or about 6000h, 08 of November 2023 Mr. Jhon Cruz (“Jhon2x) when he was on
jogged at Grandstand oval located at San Pablo Street when Mr. James Castrodes Friends
of Jhon unexpected meet at Grandstand. Mr. Castrodes asked questions to Mr. Jhon but
Mr. Jhon didn’t heard because of wearing a headset but Mr. Castrodes has a low temper
he kicked Jhon.
After the incident, the offenders run out of the oval located San Pablo Dumingag,
Zamboanga del Sur.
