 Issues of Concern

Suspension of Front Desk Service During MCO

OSC, local authorities, land administration and technical agencies do not accept
any application for new development including via online application during MCO.

Suspension of Back Office Operation

Local authorities and technical agencies do not process applications although it
was submitted prior to MCO, no meeting and no any decisions made.

Off-line Processing - Disconnected

Public delivery system in DCP are processed off-line. The infra-structure, hardware
and software are not available for officer to work online from home.

Off-line Proof of Payment

Payments system are not fully online, hardcopies receipts are required during
application and compliance stage.

Mis-opportunity on Technological Advantage

Do not take the opportunity to use online technologies for OSC meeting, Land
Committee, State Exco etc for processing development applications.
