AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

We, ROGELIO A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with
residence and postal address at Poblacion, Maragondon, Cavite, MYRNA U. SAMANIEGO, of legal
age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Garita, Maragondon, Cavite,
HERMILIZA A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and
postal address at Poblacion, Margondon, Cavite and EDGARDO A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age,
single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Poblacion 1-B, Margondon,
Cavite, Cavite, herein represented by their Attorney-In-Fact, MADONNA MAY AMODENTE, of legal
age, married, Filipino Citizen and presently residing at Sitio Elang, San Francisco, General Trias, Cavite
(attached herewith is a copy of Special Power of Attorney in favor of the Attorney-In-Fact), after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with the law hereby freely depose and say that:

1. That our aggregate land holding in the entire Philippines as per Assessor’s Office record the
available aggregate land holdings as follows to wit:

“KATIBAYAN NG ORIHINAL NA TITULO BLG. 2014000108”

2. That the subject property is not tenanted and not being worked by any agricultural worker;

3. That I attest this affidavit is executed in compliance with the DAR Administrative Order No. 1
Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of above-mentioned transaction does
not exceed five (5) hectares.
