SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ROGELIO A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with
residence and postal address at Poblacion, Maragondon, Cavite, MYRNA U. SAMANIEGO, of legal
age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Garita, Maragondon, Cavite,
HERMILIZA A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age, single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and
postal address at Poblacion, Margondon, Cavite and EDGARDO A. SAMANIEGO, of legal age,
single/married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Poblacion 1-B, Margondon,
Cavite, Cavite, by these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MADONNA MAY
AMODENTE, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and presently residing at Sitio Elang, San
Francisco, General Trias, Cavite, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for us and our name,
place and stead, and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform the following acts, to wit;

1. To facilitate the transfer of a parcel of land situated at Layong Mabilog, Municipality

of Maragondon, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon, covered by “KATIBAYAN NG
ORIHINAL NA TITULO BLG. 2014000108”;

2. To pay for expenses/process/follow-up with any and all government agencies such as
BIR, Register of Deeds, Provincial and Municipal Assessors Office, DAR, DENR, LRA,
LMB, PSA, Landbank or any authorized bank, etc., of documents related and payments
for able to materialize the authority given to her;

3. To make/execute/sign/deliver/process and receive any and all necessary documents

related to the aforementioned authority;

4. To do such other acts related thereof;

5. That we are giving full authority unto our said atty-in-fact;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our Attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and or about the premises, as fully to all intents
and purposes as we might could lawfully do if personally presents with proper of substitution and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our Attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
