1.0 Scope of Work:

1.1 Laser Alignment: Gear box coupling to Stern tube housing

1.1.1 To measure Straightness from Gear Box coupling to Stern AFT housing.
1.1.2 To invite yard representative to witness on the spot

1.2.4 Maximum material removal on ID 6 ~ 8 mm thru. / 03 steps (Discuss upon confirmation)
1.2.5 To face ID 513mm x OD 1211mm x W 349mm to minimum machine to nearest flat surface
1.2.6 Exclude drilling and taping and all other machining
1.2.7 Remove all Sharpe edges
1.2.8 To invite yard representative final inspection as acceptance

1.3.3 FWD housing ID 502mm x 400 mm long
1.3.4 Maximum material removal on ID 6 ~ 8 mm thru. / 03 steps (Discuss upon confirmation)
1.3.5 To face ID 502 mm x OD 702mm x W 100mm to minimum machine to nearest flat surface
1.3.6 Exclude drilling and taping and all other machining
1.3.7 Remove all Sharpe edges
1.3.8 To invite yard representative final inspection as acceptance

 Working hours from 0800hrs to 1730hrs only

Price Includes:
 Equipment preparation for mobilisation and demobilisation
 Travel time and onsite time of MMES Personnel
 Equipment onsite time and consumables
 Pre & post machining survey via dial indicator

Price Excludes:

 Government Service Tax (GST)

 Yard surcharge, support charges and storage charges
 Laser survey charges
 Overtime surcharge for MMES personnel if requested

2.0 Overtime & Standby Rates

Any Overtime when requested by client or delays beyond the control of MMES after mobilization of personnel
will be invoiced at the following rates, in excess of the fixed price quotation.

MMES has allowed for one day upon arrival for site orientation/inductions, client meetings etc. The Start Date or
Commencement of works will be the following day.

Personnel

Technician: S$ 90.00 per hour per person (Min 08 hrs. / Day)

4.0 Assumptions Made

Our quotation prepared based on following assumptions

4.1 The worksite is situated at a yard in Singapore
4.2 The job will be performed in June 2023
4.3 Access to all work will be available upon request

5.0 Site Requirement

We shall require the following services on site to carry out the work and have not included for their provision
within our quotation.
5.1 Crane and lifting services for equipment during assembly and dismantling
5.2 Welding services during equipment setup
5.3 Compressed air at 100 psi and 100 cfm at the work area
5.4 An electrical supply of 220V/50Hz at the work area
5.5 A 63A, 50Hz, 3 Phase with earth 415V electric supply
5.6 Scaffold access to the work site for MMES personnel
5.7 Suitable weather protection from adverse weather and direct sunlight of the work face, to minimize
thermal distortion on work surface in order to achieve dimensional tolerances.

6.0 Commercial Conditions

6.1 An official order confirmation shall be received before work commences. In order to fully man the
works and prepare our equipment, we require and order confirmation at least 05 days prior scheduled
start of work.

6.2 This quotation is valid up to and including 15 days from the date of the quote.

7.0 Payment Term

7.1 C.O.D upon date of invoice

7.2 No retention shall be made against monies due.
7.3 MMES will not provide performance bond
