Janstein: Good morning, Ladies and gentlemen! This morning we will witness as
dazzling candidates present their very best and vie for the title MS BJMPRO-NCR 2023!
Live here at the Vargas Building, Kalayaan Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
Cyndz: As this morning fills with excitement, our candidates will go through a very
selective judging process to cognize the Top 5 Candidates who will compete for the title
Miss BJMPRO-NCR 2023! We are your hosts, JO1 Cindy Grace F Enoyna.
Janstein: And I am JO1 Janstein Lloyd C Mande, and it’s our pleasure to be with you in
today’s event. Before we start, let us acknowledge first our Regional Director JCSUPT
LUISITO C MUÑOZ, our Assistant Regional Director for Administration JSSUPT
SEVERINO G KHITA, our Assistant Regional Director for Operations JSSUPT ROGER D
ANTONIO, our OIC of the Regional Chief of Directorial Staff, JSUPT EMMANUEL A
TOLENTINO, all the Chiefs and Heads of Divisions and Offices present, good morning
po sir/maam!
So, everybody are you ready!!!! say yes! Are you ready!!!
Cyndz: Alright, so without further ado, let us all rise and now start the program by
asking divine intervention through an invocation to be led by JO1 Fatima Torres.
Please be seated sir/maam. To welcome us all in today’s event and to introduce the
panel of judges, may we request the Over-all coordinator of this years’ search for Miss
BJMPRO-2023. Ladies and gentlemen, let us a give a warm round of applause to
JSINSP HONEY GRACE R BANDO.
Janstein: Thank you maam.
At this moment, I’m sure all candidates are all getting tensed at this point, since we are
looking for the best female jail officer who will be representing the BJMP-NCR in the
upcoming MS BJMP 2023 pageant, so that’s why our contestants will have to go
through a very selective judging process this morning.
Cyndz: And now, we are off to our very first official round of competition. Are you
ready? But just before that, here are the criteria for judging:
Introduction-the manner, confidence and charm in introducing oneself-40%
Janstein: Relevance-relatability of answer to the question or theme of the
pagent/event-40%
Cyndz: Articulation-the way in expressing own words correctly and clearly-10%
Janstein: Sophistication- Suaveness of a woman-10%. For a total of…
Both: 100%
Janstein: So, ladies and gentlemen-stay put, sit back and relax as we are about to
witness our candidates in the most awaited part and one of the highlights of this event,
the introduction of candidates. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the twenty (21)
lovely and dashing Female Jail Officers of BJMP-NCR in their production number.
Cyndz: Thank you so much lovely Ladies! At this juncture, may we call on JSINSP
HONEY GRACE R BANDO for the orientation of the panel of judges.

Janstein: And Now, we are back! Nabitin ba kayo sir/maam? Syempre hinde pa dyan
natatapos. I think our candidates are now ready for their next exposure. At this
juncture, let us again witness our candidates as they don their favorite sports attire.
Cyndz: Thank you so much lovely ladies. At this point, we have come to the most
awaited part of this morning’s screening; let us test their wit and confidence in the
Question and Answer portion. Each candidate will pick a number that correspond a
judge to ask the question. Each candidate will be given 1 minute to answer, once we
hear this sound ____ this means the time is up.

Janstein: Thank you lovely ladies. At this juncture, as we wait for the tabulation of

gentlemen, let us get a glimpse of our lovely candidates and witness the parade of
poise, grace, beauty as they take again the stage for their last ramp! Let us give them a

Janstein: I think the tabulating committee is already through with the auditing of the
scores. And the results are in. Of course, we would like to congratulate all of you
because you are all winners. It will just be a matter of which award is going to whom.
Today, you have shown your prowess in this competition. The experience you have
gained in this competition is enough to consider yourselves winners.
Cyndz: And without much ado, we will be announcing the Top 5 candidates who will
